Are your items authentic?
Yes — 100%. Every item is sourced directly from Japanese shops and verified genuine before listing. We never sell bootlegs. Pre-owned condition is disclosed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Items in US stock ship within 2–3 business days. Items sourced from Japan after your order take 10–20 days total. Either way, your order ships from a US-based seller.
What is your return policy?
Collectibles are final sale — except if an item arrives damaged or not as described. In that case contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zakkado.com and we'll make it right with a refund or return.
How do payments work?
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your statement will show ZAKKADO.COM.
Why is each item one-of-a-kind?
Most of our stock is hunted piece-by-piece from Japanese shops. Each listing is one unit — when it's gone, it's gone.
